We are a tabletop convention, focusing on board games, tabletop rpgs, miniature wargames and trading card events.

Convention will open Friday at 10AM - Midnigh, Saturday 8AM - Midnight and Suday 8AM - 6PM

In 2024 our hours will be: Friday 2PM - 8PM, Saturday 10AM - 7PM, Sunday 10AM - 5PM

Unless stated on our website or social media, we plan to have badges available to purchase during the convention.

As of January 29th, 2023, the hotel will be charging a reduced parking rate to all attendees. We are currently working with the hotel to reduce those fees and will update all guests via social media and our website.

Yes! We will announce event submission dates at a later time but we welcome all community members to submit events. Events will be curated, so an application does not guarantee a space.

We will have tables near the board game section of the convention to allow for open gaming, but it will be first come first served.

Crucible Orlando is one of Florida’s largest miniature gaming event. Hosted for over 12 years, it encompasses tournaments of many wargaming systems. Tickets for this event are separately priced for the weekend.
